Commission type: (Ex. Full-body, waist-up, portrait; background/no background; sketch, flat-colored, or fully rendered.)

References: (Include pictures of the subject as well as art that I've done that looks like what you want. Describe hair/eye/skin colors if not easily visible in photos.)

Specific details: (Anything for your commission that you wouldn't want left out!)

Budget: (I have general pricing for my commissions, but final prices may vary based on complexity.)

Deadlines: (Commissions can take 2-4 weeks for me to complete. If you have a deadline, it's best to let me know ASAP.)
